On November 16, Cascade Community Foundation's applauded Friends of CCF event committee will award 5 extraordinary contributors to the Ada, Cascade and Forest Hills communities. And, we will be enjoying a fun-filled atmosphere shaped after one of America's great sitcoms... F.R.I.E.N.D.S. We will be presenting the following awards: -Trailblazer Award: Christina and Andy Keller -Corporate Kindness Award: Nothing Bundt Cakes's Christine and Scott Vogel -Civic Boldness Award: Will Collins and Jim Ayres -Nonprofit of the Year Award: i understand's Vonnie Woodrick -Volunteer of the Year: Brody's Be Dominic Mastrovito You don't want to miss this exciting, hyper local event. Proceeds will benefit the work and service of Cascade Community Foundation and their brave new investment: addiction. Addiction continues to impact a surprising number of suburban residents, according to CCF CEO Justin Swan. Substances, phones, food, gambling...responses from our local survey recently revealed a critical need across a wide variety of addictions. It will not be easy, but your gift today, combined with the power of CCF's Joyce & Thomas Wisner Fund will help those in need. Money raised will underwrite phase 1 of the initiative – a hyper-local study and an aggressive new advisory council of experts responsible for identifying innovative and streamlined services. Every ticket and sponsorship sold will benefit CCF's commitment to bring innovative and streamlined treatment & counseling services for those suffering with addiction, right here in Ada, Cascade, and Forest Hills.
